All submissions should be addressed to the appropriate person (click the staff listing tab up top) and forwarded to the address above. Our preferred music video format for broadcast is Data DVD with .avi or .mov file, MiniDV, DVD-Video, or 3/4" U-Matic tape, vhs and web links for reviews and critiques.
CD's, cassettes and records should include bio information and photos as well as any release dates, current promotional support or offerings, and sales, if any.

We encourage all music and video artists to submit work, regardless of label affiliation, length of piece, or whether it's a "traditional" music video. We play everything if, in our sole discretion, it's exciting to our aesthetic (an acute visual aesthetic and good audio, be it music, sound collage, or spoken word).

Submitted packages, mail, and uploaded files become the property of Evans Media Group, Inc. and the submitting party releases and agrees to forever hold harmless Evans Media Group, Inc., its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, independent contractors and each of them and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, agents and employees from all liability, loss, personal injury, or damage to reputation or of any kind attributable in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to my submission of materials. No fees or licensing will be paid to artist or submitting party for broadcast or use of submissions.
